Cake with zucchini bacon and goat's cheese, easy and cheap

  • 1 bag Yeast
  • 10 cl Milk
  • 100 g Goat
  • 120 g bacon
  • 170 g Flour
  • 200 g courgettes
  • 5 cl Oil


  1. Preheat the oven to th 6 (180 ° C). Cut the zucchini into slices. Sauté in a little oil for 10 minutes
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the flour and yeast. Stir in milk and oil, then add a pinch of salt
  3. Add zucchini, chopped goat cheese, and bacon. Mix well
  4. Pour the preparation into an oiled and floured mold, then bake for 45 minutes. Unmould and let cool before eating.

You can add herbs in the preparation to give more flavor to your cake.
