The easiest option is to buy keto marinara sauce at the store. Look for “sugar-free” or “no sugar added” on the label.
You also want to read the ingredients list. If it doesn’t say some form of sugar (high-fructose corn syrup, syrup, or sugar), then it is keto-friendly. Just remember to measure how much you eat, because tomatoes naturally have carbs in them.
If you want to make your own, that’s super easy to do as well. It’s basically tomato puree, red wine vinegar, keto sweetener of your choice, and a bunch of Italian seasonings (like garlic and oregano).
