The following drink will help you
detoxify your body, release fat, and will fit into your diet. Its main
ingredient is lemon, a super fruit which is powerful enough to remove
toxins from the digestive tract. A lot of people are satisfied from its
benefits and many of them incorporate it as a daily routine, preparing
it during the night before consumption. The drink is best for
consumption in the mornings.
You can try to follow this simple lemon diet for 7 days and in a short period of time it will become a routine.
– fill one glass with warm water at the level to be drinkable. Place some pieces of lemon inside and let it act for couple of minutes. You will be able to finish your morning routines. Drink it up after that. Do the same thing in the afternoon half an hour before your lunch.
– consume 1 glass of lemon juice in the morning and afternoon, and during the day, try to drink 2-3 liters of mineral water. You may add some fruit for better taste and more nutrients.
– repeat the procedure with the lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning and consume warm lemon water during lunch. Drink mineral water with lemon throughout the day.
